So since I got my "11 QX56 in June, I have since changed the compressor, sensor, air control module and rear airbags. The bags inflated and she doesn't sag anymore. But she still bounces up and down like a whale over bumps and rides like a brick. These Upstate NY roads are horrible and I just want a smooth ride. What else do I need to do next??

The air bags are different than the shocks? I changed part # E6210-1LA7B. I have not done the front yet.

The subframes on these Z62s are really no different than the first gens. An alignment is necessary as it goes out of spec quite easily on these trucks.

I plan on doing that as well. It bounces like a 64 Impala.
I was told that even after replacing the rear shocks, I have to bleed the hydraulic system. Any truth to that?

Since your truck has the HBMC suspension, then anytime those hydraulic lines are disconnected on any connection points on the HBMC system, it has to be bled afterwards.

So still having issues with this suspension system. It's sagging again and hydroplanning over bumps and potholes, like a brick on wheels. I want to go with the Strut Master conversion kit, but they said its sold out and been on back order for about 3 wks now. Is there anything similar I can get or do to fix this. I'm so close to just getting rid of the whole truck. Please help!

sorry you are having issues. i had. my 12 qx for 9 years with hbmc. drive i like a rental and never had any issues with sagging or being squirrely as you have mentioned here. i can assure you a properly working system will not behave like this.
since your model is used there could have been poor maintenance on it or lack of maintenance.
maybe you should just dump it since you are leading that way...

I know that working properly, it would drive even better. My problem also has been that my Infiniti and 2 Nissan dealers offered zero help and solutions. I don't think they have certified Nissan techs working. Frustrating.

Being from NYC and having dealt with the ignorant service advisors and techs in the past from several dealerships, most of them really just read from the service manual. A Nissan tech having a title of being "certified" doesn't give me any additional assurances as I've learned that I'm just as knowledgeable if not even more as I've diagnosed and repaired everything on my previous 04 armada to my current QX80. I'm not even a mechanic; I'm a PT in ortho/sports-med rehab but just a dedicated DIY'er when it comes down to all my vehicles I've owned.
Regarding the sagging issue on your truck. Find an independent shop that utilizes a full range scan too as it'll be able to diagnose the HBMC and E-SUS system. At least from there, the scan tool will be able to pick up any related DTCs to those systems and at least give you a solid starting point as to what needs to be repaired/replaced.
So after some bit of hemming and hawing on what to do, the StrutMaster kit came back in stock and was ordered and installed. Makes a world of difference in the ride, like night and day. Kicking myself for not swapping it out sooner, smh. Thanks for all your feedback. Now for a new set of tires and alignment. Recommendations?? Lol.
