2011, New motor with less then 12K, SES light came on?

Yes, I was lucky enough (I thought) to buy my 56 with a new motor in it. Just went over 65K on the truck and the Service Engine Soon (SES) light popped on. Tightened the gas cap three days ago and the SES is still on. What is my next course of action? Manual said Emissions issue, so CAT maybe?

Read the other Thread on CAT issues and it sounds like that could be what I am heading for. Infiniti dealer here I come?

Love this truck!! Trying to take the best care of it possible. Thank you in advance for any info you can give me.

Four days, and the light went out. It must have been the fuel cap. Thank you for reply marctronixx.
