2011 navigation/display screen and turn signals

I looked at a 2011 qx56 and the navigation screen was dark. I know there is a day and night setting my question is
1. how to adjust the brightness on the screen
2. are there turn signal in the rear view mirrors.This one doesn't have the turn signal in the mirrors.thanks again love this forum

The owners manual states how to adjust forday and night. There is a setting. You can get the 2011 owners manual from the internet. Just search “2011 QX56 owners manual”. In the navigation and audio setting it should be there.

There are no turn signals in the rear view mirrors. The turn signals are on the outside of the mirrors.

there are no turn signals on the outside mirrors that I saw.Is there a way the owner might of shut them off.I am in the process of buying either the 2011 or the 2008
The 2011 has the timming chain recall and 1 catalytic converter done by infinity.It has 117000 miles but when I drove it the other day the service engine light came on. I have it at my mechanic right now looking to see what it is.I am hoping it is just an o2 sensor and not the other catalytic converter

There’s the LED turn signal on the rear of the mirrors.

As for your CEL,

That could be anything, not necessarily cats or timing chain issues.

Good you have your personal mechanic looking at it.

Turns out it was the 02 sensor, looks like the last mechanic was not infinity and he used a Bosch sensor which doesn’t work with infinity. Thanks for the reply on the turn signal.jimbo

Really? I thought Bosch made the OEM sensors for these vehicles?

I have two of the above sensors that I'm planning on installing once I change my cats. All the internet parts finder apps show these as a match.
