2007 Infiniti M35 transmission cold weather issues

I bought a 2007 M35 last March. It had just over 9k miles on it. I live in San Antonio, TX and the wether does not get very cold down here but this year our temps have been down in the teens. When I would start my car in this cold weather and drive it, the transmission would lunge and jerk while shifting thru the gears. Once the car and the fluids would warm up then it would shift just fine. Has anyone had this problem? If so, is there anything to be done to resolve.

i havent had this problem and i live in minnesota,its proboly because your not letting your car warm up enough
