There used to be an old car connection kit nissan sold to hook up devices to the head unit. That’s an old discontinued item. You may find one if you look around.
A more modern approach is a little dongle that connects to the. 3.5mm jack. It has a Bluetooth radio on it that you can stream any device that has BT. I’d opt for this.
