2006 m35x-navigation problem

I have no idea whats goin on. When I start the car, it takes sometimes an hour for the navigation to turn on, the screen to turn on. Since the screen is not on, nothing else works. Not radio or heat. This sucks.
Does anyone know what can be the problem??

Call a Infiniti Dealership (Service Department) and give them your VIN, they should be able to retrieve the factory security code for your Navigation unit.
