2006 Infinity M35, good one?

Sorry if this has been addressed, my searching has not answered my questions. I'm considering buying a 2006 Infinity M35 (30-40K miles) and would like to know what the maintenance costs and reliability is like?

Specifically are there any:

1. transmission issues
2. electrical issues
3. engine problems
4. other....

Also, what's the most common item that breaks (alternators, startors, batteries, etc.)

Lastly what are your average annual unscheduled maintenacen costs like?

I'm guessing these cars are pretty reliable, but after 100K miles, who knows.
