Hi folks,
Have this problem with the air bag indicator going off on our 2005 QX56. The dealer has repaired it 3 times, twice in 2009 (when the vehicle was under warranty) and once in March of 2012 ($350+ repair bill). 2 weeks after the March repair, the light came back on. Dealer looked at it again, and wanted $1100.00 to repair. Dealer can only assure me they are going through a "flow chart" that is provided by Infiniti. I want to set expectations with the dealer on how / why / when the issue will finally be resolved. . As a consumer, what can i do? Sounds like if i return to the dealer, they will take another stab at it, but it might not be the final resolution. Am i stuck with an unsolvable problem? Thinking i might see if a local foreign auto dealer can take a stab at it? Can't find anything on a recall for this problem. Would calling Infiniti corporate help?

1) B1182 code - replaced outer belt (LH), harness sub and term joint
2) B1177 code - replaced air bag harness on right FRT, pre tensioner and term joint

1) No error code - found faulty seat belt buckle drivers front
