2002 Infiniti I35

Just purchased a 2002 Infiniti I35 in Phoenix, to replace my totalled off Altima. I am from Canada and require daytime running lights. What is involved to make this happen so it passes RIV requirements. I know some cars only need to have the dealer activate them, others may require a DRL module. NOt sure about this one.
