Looking at buying a 1998 Infiniti I30 touring edition, automatic, with just under 80K miles from a used car dealership. Carfax is clean with only 1 owner and no accidents. Test drove it earlier today and it seemed pretty good but I don't know too much about cars. Got up near 100 mph pretty easily. Interior and exterior was clean, especially for a car from 1998. Dealership looks to be rated pretty well and has an A with the BBB. Going to have a mechanic check the car out tomorrow.
Considering everything checks out ok at the mechanic, would this be a good car to buy if the asking price is around 4900 before haggling?
