1996 I30 stock non turbo 140K miles how much spray will it handle?

Thinking on setting up a wet shot nitrous kit on my I30 just to play around with some of the local Honda dweebs. How much spray will a stock I30 engine with about 140K miles handle safely?

Ask some of the guys on the maxima.org/my4thgen.org site since a lot of them have turbo also.
