Ok so my problem says it all. I habe no lights on and no codes on the ecu anymore. This started because i needed to change the clockspring. So after changing the cockspring everything seemed to be working fine. No more air bag light crusie control buttons working, horn working all is good. So i take it for a test drive and when i try to make a turn the tract control slip ligjts comes on and the car fights me on truning at any speed. When turning vdc off car acts fine. I did have to remove the old steering angle sensor to put kn new clock spring. Could this be my problem or should i look somewhere else?

It sounds like you've answered your own question. From many painful experiences like you've described, I've found when I make a repair and things aren't working as they should, I go back to Step 1 and go through the repair again. This usually leads me to something I overlooked or didn't adjust quite right.

Hey all. First time on the forum. I have a QX56 ‘06 that I recently purchased. My horn and cruise control are not working. Should I try replacing the clockspring, and if so do you have a tutorial that you would recommend for diy? Thanks!
