That is probably going to be this:

Mode door actuator (changes air outlet: floor/vent/defrost)

• Infiniti/Nissan OEM: 27731-3H102 and superseded 27731-3H103 (also 27731-5P101 appears as a later service part)

Look for a parts car, then take the part off. I’ve been thinking of getting a parts car for my year.
Last junk yarding I did in Dallas and Phoenix, the cars were in the yards.
Found a nice 92 here at a yard, I bought some stuff snd scored the early hood emblem.
I needed tail light bulb buckets, mine were melted. Found 2 nice ones, even Nissan bulbs were still in.
