This 2011 QX56 suspension gonna be the death of me....or rather her. As I said in the past, installed a new compressor and sensor. Was still sagging. Went to local Infiniti, they said the module wasn't reading the compressor. Gave me a quote for $3000 for a new module. Found 1 on eBay for $150. Replaced the rear airbags, rode worse. Bounced like a whale and hydroplaned over bumps. Took to a co worker's brother Indie shop, they found that the original module wasnt plugged in correctly or something. They fixed it, truck raised with no problem. Ride height ok now but it still hits hard on bumps in the rear. Someone here said I need to bleed the hydraulic system since I changed the rear bags. My Indie mechanic says the same. He made me an appointment at local Nissan to do that, road test and get an oil change. Dropped the Q off at 7am yesterday. Nothing. Go there today at 2pm and the Service Advisor was telling me the tech was going back and forth with my truck and a engine in another vehicle. I specifically asked for a hydraulic flush and oil change. He said if it's the air ride system, it shouldn't need a hydraulic flush. I left with the truck without even an oil change. I was waiting for a hidden camera tv show to pop out on me. Unreal. My 2003 S55 AMG that I've owned for 9 yrs and has a hydraulic system HAS NEVER gave me any problems. Please help.

That so called service advisor is typical of Nissan & Infiniti hiring incompetent employees. I’m sure the tech isn’t any better because all he/she had to do was look in the service manual.

Anytime a line is disconnected from the HBMC system, it has to be bled. Just like when a brake hose, line, union, etc is disconnected and air is introduced, it has to be bled.

Right. I truly believe they didn't have a Certified Nissan Tech working on it. 2 whole days and did nothing.

On another note, my yellow ABS, 4WD, Traction Control and IBA OFF lights all just came on after exiting the highway. Does this mean I need brakes?

it could mean a number of things. check fluids. if they are ok you may have an issue with a wheel bearing or something. they don't necessarily point to any one issue. just an idiot lamp. since you are doing some maintenance/work on your car, do a visual inspection of wire harnesses and anything that's visible. you may get a code if you use a scan tool, but not all the time...
