I own a 2019 Q70L that for the past 8 months I have been experiencing an intermittent problem with the car not starting on the initial attempt (that day). The car is garage kept and is driven 3 to 4 times a week (the problem happens 2 to 3 times a week). On occasions, when attempting to start the car, the start button, dash lights, etc. comes on, however it will not start. After multiple attempts (w/ foot on the brake) the car still not start. I open and close all four doors, open/close the trunk, turn lights to off position and then back to the auto position. On some occasions, the car starts. After multiple attempts, the car finally starts. It is to be noted that once the car starts for the day, the car continues to start without incident (that day).
The car has been at the service department at my local dealership for the past week. They stated that they can not get the car to replicate the issue that I am stating. They stated that they have checked the battery and found no issue.
Has anyone experienced or have heard of this issue that I am having? Any suggestions where I can go from here with the INFINITI service department or INFINITI corporate?
Seeking a resolution. Thanks.
