is your opinion? Please do not make comments about it being a gas guzzler or how expensive it is. I know both of those factors and I am still interested. So please give me unbiased opinions based on facts and are knowledgeable. Thank you!
Well this vehicle is no crossover. This is an SUV no doubt about it. It is truck based, it's on the Nissan Titan platform. It is a bit of an overkill, but a nice overkill. If you really need an SUV this size, and you like the looks of the QX56, look at a fully loaded Nissan Armada LE, and you'll get the same vehicle without the Infiniti grill, and you'll save a bunch of cash in the mean time! But either way, I hope that gas mileage isn't important to you.......
I'm not a big fan of the styling, honestly. It looks like they just took two different vehicles, and sewed they together behind the back doors.
I do really like the FX45, though. Infinity has come a long way.
One other one that really caught my eye, and I'm ashamed to admit it...the Buick Enclave. They are brand new, so right now they are much more rare.

On the QX56, I don't care about the price, or the fuel useage. What I do car about is how much of a pain in the you-know-where it would be to parallel park (you'll need a football field), or maneuver in a crowded parking lot, parking spots are so narrow for a vehicle that big (may be very difficult to get in or out if you can't open your doors far enough.)
Edmunds.com editors only gave it a 7.4/10 which makes me wonder if it's really that much better than the Nissan Pathfinder Armada, which is the exact same vehicle, except for the face, butt and interior.
That's like saying, Which is better..bacon and eggs or ham and eggs? You have to define :better" as each is stellar in its own right. The Cayenne will probably out handle the others, the Navigator will probably ride the best. The Range Rover would probably be the best if you ever do decide to take it "off-road", while the Lexus, Infinity and Cadillac will impress the H**l out of the neighbors and parking lot attendants. "You pays your money and you takes your choice.."
well land rover and lincon are the same is ford exlporers all ford, esclade is shit chevy shit.... lexus are bitches to wrok on so id go with the linson
awesome truck. Front brakes are a red flag, but overall great truck/SUV. Don't believe for one minute that if you douche up an armada, that you are getting a bargain. It is tuned differently. I believed that when i Did it with the pathfinder and the QX4. Qx4 Way better driving experience.
If you aren't going off-road - and there is a 98% likelihood that you aren't - don't get an SUV. They are hazards on the road because SUV drivers dispense with defensive driving. They are also fuel hogs at a time when resource horizons are in question and the environment is suffering for the vanity of people and their wheels.
remove this icon? I have heard there is a process to remove this that a person can perform- such as open the door and turning the key to the accessory position and performing some procedure- Greatful for any insight into this...?
you can borrow a code reader from any autozone and clear out the code... but if you had your car repaired I would take it back to make sure that your new airbag doesn't ahve defects.... not worth risking your life...
Some things to look at:
-check for any codes at the obd port
-cam position sensor
-petrol pump
-I’d still test the starter and alternator with a 3rd party to make sure
-high pressure petrol pump
-bad ground cable/poor grounding straps
-brake pedal sensor
-IPDM
-BCM
-ECU (likely not a issue but there may be a fault in the software)
