I'm trying to figure out what the option packages include and are there any clues to pick up on when looking at pictures to quickly identify if they have one of the packages.

Some say they have heated and cooled seats some say just heated. I have a lot of little questions like that and have been unable to track down answers.

Thanks

The biggest visual cues you'll have include:

1) Heated/cooled seats = Deluxe Technology Package. This gives you things like the surround sound audio system, hydraulic body motion control system, and the blind spot intervention system. I'm 99% sure all models have heated front seats.

2) Screens on the back of the headrests = DVD system + rear seat heaters

3) Extra buttons on the steering wheel = Driver's Assistance Package which includes intelligent cruise control, blind spot warning, collision warning, etc.

4) The silver control wheel on the center console sticks up about 3/4" in the AWD models. It's flush in the 2WD models.

Hope that helps!

Hi 68sting-

I've been looking through hundreds of vehicles lately and if you know what packages you want, it's easy. I start with the photos, front bumper head lamp washers=deluxe touring, also wood trim on steering wheel. If the back hatch is open, look for center headrest in 2nd row = split bench. If you have the deluxe touring, you know you got 22" wheels as well. Haven't figured out the convenience package yet from photos.

I've been on the hunt for a low mileage cpo and there are some good deals out there right now, may have to travel a bit, but I consider it a ROAD TRIP!

There was a nice low mileage 2013 demo in FL with the deluxe touring package, but no convenience package, usually you find them together. They may still have it, but took it off line. Very tempting.

Good luck!

Thanks for the info!

I thought they all had hydraulic suspension? Yet I've seen it listed under the deluxe tech also. This is what's confusing.

What's the convenience package?

Not to my knowledge. The hyd susp comes with the deluxe touring package only.

Sorry the tech package, they are driver conveniences, there is no convenience package by that name. In 2015 it changes to the Driver Assistance Package, so go figure.

Automobile mag is good for researching vehicle options. For 2013:

confused on why you are having issues with getting answers.

you can go straight to the infiniti website to see what packages the qx offers.

depending on the model year will determine what packages are offered. i think after 2013 or 2014 one package was absorbed into another...

have you been by a dealer??? you can get questions answered super fast there

I guess I just need clarification, which I got. Thanks to those who helped.
