Window won't up up on AUTO

Hmmm... just got the truck back from the dealer and noticed that the Driver door window will not go up on AUTO as it did prior. I have to hold the window switch up until it closes.

They did work on the door when they fixed the locking mechanism, so obvious did something to the programming... so how does one fix this issue.

Open the window completely. When you pull up on the switch to close the window, hold at the top for 3 additional seconds, then release. Windows should work automatically after that.

this is also in the operators manual. check your sunroof also and see if it behaves normally if not, there is a button press sequence to reset it as well...

yup... I had the dealer on the phone (bluetooth) and went through the steps. Open window all the way down... the window button has two clicks... lift to first click and have the window close...hold for 10seconds and then check.

Then while I had him on the phone... I said to him.. "I thought u fixed my bluetooth?? It keeps cracking".... he said "you sound fine too me". Whatever!!! He said my 2011 had the latest mic in it... I'm like how?? it was made in Dec 2011 and the bulletin came out not to long ago.... he'll research it...
