Whistling sound from engine for 2011 qx56

Can someone please tell me why this sound comes every morning when I start the car? it goes away after 5 minutes of driving but it's a loud sound when it first starts out. The mechanic said if it goes away instead of lingering then it's probably not a big deal. I can't let him hear it because it goes away by the time I get to him. Thanks.

sound clip will help wonders over the internet if you want help. what you are asking is NOT normal so without locating where the sound is coming from its going to be speculation.

i would say manifolds but on your year i have not seen this issue....

if its loud and you can reproduce it when the car is cold , it should be easy to pull your phone out and record it.
