Wet Dashboard Infiniti qx56 2012

Hi Today i wake up and suddenly i see the dashboard wet? Any idea

we dont know anything about the car, where its has sat, how long have you had it, have you seen this before.. etc etc... can you give more context here?

Im located in panama central america in a city with a lot of humidity, all this days raining, also noticed that all this days every time i turn on the Car the windshield gets wet too i need to use the heat so it goes out, i have another thred that in front of the engine i have a disconnected tube that i dont have the idea where it was connected

This are the pics i dont know if this have something to do with all, because some days ago i installed a Cold Air intake but unistalled it but i didnt know where to put back this tube
