My parents recently bought a 2011 qx56, they traded in their 04. my father was complaining about water pooling by the joint of the wipers and not draining. I live 3k miles away from them so I haven't seen it personally. Is this common? i can't remember if the 04 had the same issue, but I have a vague recollection of it occurring in the 04. any input would be appreciated.

thanks for the reply. my parents hardly use the car anyway, and it also stays in the garage. i just need an answer for them since i'm the "car guy" in the family. to be honest i don't know why they even bought it, i tried to talk them out of this buy,but it the end its their money.
i have a modified subaru wrx, and my wife has a 08 acura tl type s. i wanted them to down grade and get something smaller with better gas mileage. the fx 35 would have been ideal for them, but in the end they liked the qx.

well I love my QX, but I also have a 'reason' for the big SUV, we traded in a full size truck, needed something that would tow our 30' 5500lbs travel trailer.. We also do some good drives to visit family and such and needed a bigger SUV for these. We have a new Cadillac SRX for the in town stuff..
