I'm outside of warranty, as I already have 70k on the truck, so using my extended warranty with $100 ded per incident.
Question: my windshield wipers have been sitting up about 1-2 inches (not going all the way down into the well) when they are off.... probably a result of all the snow pack that was in there during the last blizzard that prevented the wipers from going all the way down. I had them address it at my last Major service, where they replace wipers, filters, etc... Stealer said, he had to take off the wiper arms and readjust them, which he did, but he charged me for the repair.... should that have been part of the Major service or part of the extended warranty, or is that a maintenance issue that I should have paid 1/2 hour labor for to fix ($65)??
