Has anyone heard about a VPP "upgrade"? I bought a M35 last year with a VPP discount. They told me I was a "c-level" VPP when I bought the M. I am now in market for a 2011 QX. My local dealership recently told me that I was "upgraded" to a VPP Level A, meaning a bigger discount. Supposedly, this upgrade expires at the end of September. Has anyone heard of something like this? My cynical side thinks this is all a smoke screen to get me to buy this month.

IT is not a VPP upgrade . Nissan is offering A level pricing to rest of the group (B,C,D,E)since august 2 nd till september 30th . So your price is same as A pricing till september 30. Check out www.insidenissan.com

Agree...Just was able to get a 2012 QX56 a A-Level pricing...Ends up being $1250 under invoice using A-level VPP.

bmelt: I assume this is a 2WD model, right? From the page, it looks like only the 4WD QX56 is only available with VPP for the 2011.

D plan can not go to family members now, even with the A plan "upgrade" benefits, correct?

Edit- called VPP and they said no

Just wanted to add...
Got same deal as bmelt.
Great deal on 2012 2wd

Mine is actually a 4WD. Dealer was able to make some calls and 4WD were included.

My dealer said the 2012 4x4 is not in the VPP. I'll call VPP tomorrow and post what I find

My dealer did confirm yesterday that he was able to secure vpp pricing on a 2012 QX56 4WD and our sales contract was written up as such. Basically, invoice pricing minus the $1250 discount.

called VPP and confirmed the 2012 4wd is in the program
