Is it only Bluetooth output that there is no sound? Is it displaying the volume read out when you adjust the knob or the steering wheel controls?
Phone volume is independent when on Bluetooth; make sure the phone volume is turned up too. There is a way to do a speaker / audio test too. Here's a link to a video walking through getting into that menu - Q70 Diag Menu
