Own both a 2012 QX56 and purchased a 2014 Q70S AWD with 20" wheels about 5 months ago.
Having an issue with Q70s and dealer can't seem to figure it out...
On acceleration, there is a vibration coming through the car in 1st and 2nd gear, at least those are the two gears that it can be felt the most. It happened with the original tires and with replacements I put on, so I can rule that out(dealer also swapped out tires and wheels with another set to verify, didn't make a difference). It seems to happen more pronounced when in regular drive mode then in sport mode.
Dealer has had car 3 times, first time, they replaced the drive shaft, 2nd time they replaced the transfer case...hasn't changed a thing.
They said they are going to have an engineer from out of state possibly fly in at the beginning of the year to see if he can find anything.
anyone else experience this or have any ideas? My car is rare, they have not had any others in the shop and they have none on the lot to test to compare to....
engine mount? something else in transmission? Of course, they said they have checked both.
this thing is certified pre-owned with the 4 year unlimited warranty on it so they need to figure this out.....
