Just bought an 07 M35x w/ 28K on it form a Nissan dealer

Very frustrating. The car was for my older mother. I unfortunately never got to to test drive, it and after purchase, I realized it had a has a shake coming into the steering and brake pedal when coming down from high speeds, as well as some steering vibration when driving over 65mph.

The dealer claims there is nothing wrong with the car. I saw the inspection as well. I've told them I'm going to the Infiniti dealer and if they find something wrong, I'm holding them liable for claiming the car was fine when it wasn't.

How could rotors on a luxury car w/ 28K already be bad? Shouldn't that be a warrenty issue?

Bottom line, I'm thinking the dealer barely inspected the car. What a crock. Those guys should be outa business.

Anyone have any ideas? Could there be something else?

Without driving it to get your exact experience i would bank on warped rotors. 28K is soon for such an issue, but who knows how it was driven before you got it.

Warped rotors early has happened to me (not on an Infinity though). Could be due to a few factors.

If warped, don't turn them, replace them. And replace the pad with the best ones you can find.

Hope this helps.

PS... this forum seems kinda weak in getting replies back. Either these cars never break or people just don't want to help.
