I have a 2015 Infiniti q40 with 68k miles. Recently my car won’t shift after 3rd gear. I did some searching and it seems to be the valve body. Can I use a 2015 q50 valve body ?

no you can't I have same year same issue I had to order part from dealer it was 1700. They had to do nationwide search found one at Memphis Infiniti
