Just bought a 2007 m45 has 160k miles I wanna do full tune up spark plugs coil packs belts timing chain and I would like to flush the transmission and put and new filter but I have also heard of you do this to late in the cars life run a risk of doing more damage then good can anyone let me know if ok to go ahead with the flush or not
