throttle positioning sensor

2001 infinity I30 I need my throttle positioning sensor replaced. Anybody have any idea about what this entails? What is the difficulty level and what are the chances of me messing things up?

Look out!!!!

Easy to put in but not so easy to adjust. Has small screw/bolt on side of throttle body. Small black box. Can cause driveability problems if not set correct.
