Space saver spare wheel.

Hi, I have a 2017 Q70S with 20 inch alloys. The car doesn’t come with a spare wheel and I’ve had a run of picking up punctures now that’s leaving me thinking about leaving a space saver spare in the boot. Can anyone help with what size space saver I would need to buy? Any help would be much appreciated.

Any spare from a 2011 M with Sport will work. It must be from a sport or it will not clear the brake caliper.
