Serious clunking rear end

Hello, hoping someone has delt with this issue and can help me out. Anyways I was driving my FX35 one day and was getting on the hwy and on the long corner entrance ramp I noticed the "Slip" light coming on as I was going around the corner, and I was hearing a "Howl" coming from the rear, then later that night it started "Clunking" really bad from the rear end, it got me 20 miles home but it's bad, I wouldn't drive it now at all! Does anyone think this might be a bearing or the 3rd member itself?? Thank you for any advice, love my 35!!
