We have 3 car seats across the 2nd row (one rear facing seat, and two booster seats). They all fit, but it is REALLY hard to get the seat belts, because you have to reach under the seat to click it in (once it is in, it is not restricted, so it is safe).
Anyway, I have been looking into seatbelt extenders. I have purchased a Type B extender (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005JZVDQQ/ref=oh_o00_s00_i00_details) that fits great for the window seat, but does not click into the middle seat (probably on purpose, so you don't click the outside seatbelt into the middle seat clicker).
I went to seatbelt extender pros site and none of their types match the description of the middle seatbelt. The female side of the seatbelt is recessed into the seat (which will be nice when we don't have car seats), which makes it next to impossible to get to when we have 3 car seats (I have to move the two boosters).
