Right answer needed!

I have a 2014 Q50S with 19" run flat tires. Can I get a spare tire/wheel for this car? One dealer said yes, another no. One had part numbers but the cost was $800+ The other said there is no part number for 2014 models. Who is right? Does anyone out there have a spare for a 2014 Q50S?

I have a 2015 Q60s with non-RFT 19's and I have spare tire that came from the factory. Sorry, but I have no idea of cost or part number.
