Good morning everyone. Lots of useful info on this site. I've monitored for a while, but only now have registered when I need to ask a question.
I have a 2011 QX56 AWD. I noticed a week ago that the rear passenger side is sagging. I have been doing some reading on the air suspension. I removed the read right wheel/tire to look at the strut. Swapping out this strut (both sides) seems very straightforward, and within my capabilities. However, If it's anything more (dealing with the air compressor, etc) I'm not sure I want to tackle the project.
I"m also not quickly finding stock of a replacement strut. Here are two pictures of the strut. Any ideas on how to tell if it is only a strut failure?
Also, where can I get a replacement. The replacements struts I find at auto repair stores like Advanced/O Reilly and on Amazon don't seem to have the air-valve inlet and don't look exactly like this..
