Hello all. I have a quick question, and hopefully someone can help me out.
My girlfriend just recently purchased a 2011 Infinity QX56 (used) 2 weeks ago and is having trouble with the rear headrest screen(s). So we tried it for the first time and noticed that only one of the 2 rear screens is playing the dvd.
The other screen (passenger side) is black, but back lit and clearly on. So i went into the menu from the front screen to check the settings, and both rear displays are indeed on, but still only that one side is playing the video. There is sound, and I can control the functions by the front screen. The dealer did not include a remote because I guess the previous owner had lost it, but I do have the headphones. So my question is, Do I need the remote in order to somehow make the rear screen work? Also, since the dealer diddn't provide a remote, I was wondering what brand dvd player the truck comes with stock, and if I can somehow program a universal remote to work with the system.
