Radar mount - power from mirror

Previously I had an FX37 and was able to install the radar detector to the mirror power. The cable was exposed. Now with the 2016 Q70, the power to the mirror is concealed. I am trying to install a power tap - here is a link to a similar mirror tap.

Anyone has any insight on how to accomplish this?

Looking to do the same, took everything down and still couldn't make it work.
The connector has 10 female connectors with 6 in use. I imagine black is ground, but couldn't tap the other ones to work at all.
