Wild guess but it be that the key is not registered with the vehicle? Are those replacement keys or are they the originals that came with truck? I had this happen to me when I had my 2008 Nissan Armada. I got a second pair of keys and had them programmed and in about a year after the key was programmed it stop communicating with the car. Solution was I had to get them reprogrammed.
