We have a 2012 QX 56 that just started having an issue pushing the start button, sometimes it starts sometimes it doesn’t? Eventually it does start but trying to figure out what’s causing it to do this. If this has already been discussed I apologize.
Thanks,
Mark

I’m having this same issue. Only code I’m dealing with is the P0420. What is BCM and IPDM? When it does happen the push button start cycles between off/acc/on every time you attempt a start. When I attempt a start and it’s not working the display just continues to show press brake and push button.

BCM is Body Control Module. this is what governs many sensors throughout the car. the IPDM is Intelligent Power Distribution Module. this is a relay that can prevent the car from turning over. the code you are getting seems to be related to the casts nd/or o2 sensor.
