My valve body control assembly failed with only 56K miles. No metal shavings were found in the transmission fluid and the dealer could not provide any explanation for why it failed. Infiniti consumer affair denied my request for reimbursement because it is a 2014 and out of warranty. This failure has to be the result of a defective component or maintenance schedule. Has anyone seen this on a Q60 or 50 3.7?
