Q60 red sport front camera

car was dirty and i rushed a drive thru carwash. i didnt notice until i was getting close to another car when parking that the front camera was not showing any image except a red exclamtion with a traingle. when i put the car in reverse, you can see the MOD view all around except the front view? any suggestions on what it can be before i take it in to the dealership.
