Portable Blu Ray Player?

We have a 12 QX with the theatre pkg. Was looking to buy a portable blu ray player to plug into the existing screens.

Was wondering if a computer player plugged into the USB plug would work or if anyone has used a portable blu ray player this way?

Just curious, are you trying to play a high definition source in your QX with a Blu Ray player? It would look the same as a regular DVD on the standard definition screens in the headrests. As far as I know the only USB source that will work is a thumb drive with video formatted to play a certain file type. There is more information in the owner’s manual on this.

Nope, I just have a bunch of blu ray discs without the DVD version and two young kids that want to watch em.

you can not hook up a BD player to the USB port. you will need to use composite cables or transform the disks to files and store on a thumb drive.
