Odd problem, need advice

I own a 2013 Infiniti JX35. This morning my wife's car would not start. I jumped her Infiniti with my Audi and I just heard a lot of clicking and the lights flashing on and off. I let it jump for another 2 minutes or so and it started up fine. I started it every few hours throughout the day without a jump and it cranked right up. I'm now hearing 3 quiet beeps noises, which seems to be coming from the center console. The entire beeping last 3 seconds and beeps 3 times and then stops. It happens every minute or so. No warning lights are on. The battery is fairly new.
It's too coincidental that the battery was dead this morning and the beeping started today.
Any thoughts?

I would get the battery tested to confirm it is working properly. Otherwise, it sounds like a alternator issue potentially.

I would agree with this however it could be the starter potentially too.
