Just bought a 97 I30 for $390 bucks. Car runs good radio works, heat, ac but when I turn the head lights on the dash and radio light go out. What gives? BTW love the site.
Have you taken a look at the dimmer switch setting? Or the steering column mounted switch having an intermitent contact problem.
How about fuses?
I know on my 93 Pathfinder stuff of that nature was normal wear and tear at about 150,000 miles.
