new member - need intelligent key

I feel like I've been holding out. Actually, I'm a long time Infiniti owner, having just traded in a 2010 G37x for an almost new 2018 Q50 Luxe/Sport. First time on the forum. Hope I can be of some help and get some as well.
My Q50 came with 1 intelligent key. We need 2. Any suggestions other than going to a dealership and paying $400?
I do have one of my old 2010 intelligent keys. I was told it could not be reprogrammed.

Does anyone have any experience with Remote Entry Smart Key - 5 Button w/ Remote Start for a 2018 Infiniti Q50? My Q50 only had 1 smart key. I need 2. I had purchased from a Honda dealer, used certified, but they only had the one fob. Any suggestions out side Infiniti dealership costing $380 for new fob & programming.
