I just purchased a 2010 M35 and the latest Ipod NANO. The new (latest) I905 NANO does not "charge" while connected. My older IPODS charge while playing. I contacted Apple about updated Firmware for the new IPOD and was advised that nothing could be done and that all of the new versions of Ipods are/wil be designed with a new "charging" system and will not work. Does anyone have related informaiton on this subject? Do I have buy antique Ipods in the future?
