new 2011 - express window not working

hi

i just got 2011 qx56.
back passenger express UP function is not working. express down is fine. does not work at the actual door control or the drivers control. standard use of the switch does allow the window to go up just not express. worries we will leave window a little open and it will rain.

anyone have this or can help localize
all other windows have no problem with express up/down

This happened to mine. I did a reset (that I found somewhere online, can't remember.) With the car running...roll window all the way up...then roll about 1/4 way down...then roll back up but hold the up button and hold for 3-5 seconds. It should reset it. Mine worked after that reset.
