That’s not clear in your post. If its blank and not turning on, the screen could be dead. Maybe its a fuse, if so, check other things on the car to make sure they are working. Check the cigar ports, dome lamps, etc. If there are any aftermarket options on it, maybe those could have caused some issues. Is it a private party? What does the owner say? If its a dealer/3rd party lot, do they ave any records on the service of the car? Electrical gremlins can be a pain to track down.
