I have a 2007 M35 as well as a 2012 Maxima, can I install a navigation upgrade from Nissan in my 2007?

Hello, I would like to help or advise you accordingly. I have Infiniti M37x 2011 imported from the USA to Slovakia-Europa and I would like to update my navigation so that I have European maps only if there are only US maps. Can you tell me where I can buy DVDs or DVDs? how to do it. Thank you Milos
