Missing towing hitch

I'm new to Towing, so please forgive my ignorance.

My 2013 QX56 did not include a towing hitch, you can see from the attachment a picture after removing the towing cover. Normal (slide in) hitch cant fit.

I believe There is a missing part, but can't figure the part name, or number, or what is it I need.

Please help.

Did the vehicle include the towing package at time of purchase?

The 'receiver-type frame mounted hitch' should come standard. Additionally, the owners manual for the 2011 and 2013, on page 9.22 reflects:

• Your vehicle is equipped with a trailer tow package. The trailer tow package includes a receiver-type frame mounted hitch.

If the vehicle was purchased used, it's possible the previous owner and/or dealership removed it for whatever reason.

In my region towing hitch is not standard, my dealer don't even have it as an option. thats why i need to buy the parts online, any help finding it would be highly appreciated.

Thank you, your help is highly appreciated. I looked for this every where and was losing hope.

that part was huge, and I would have had to cut the welded chasis and re-weld the new part.

So I just made my self an alternative part, worked well. and since its covered, looks doesn't matter much.
