I am getting random misfires per OBD diagnostics on all the cylinders on the drivers side. Has anyone had this issue? Not sure if it is a vacuum leak, fuel issue or and 02 sensor. It is running Ok, just a little hesitant when giving it gas.
Anything I should be looking for on when checking the ECM? Thanks, Steven

petrol: are you using your typical fuel? been to a different fuel filling station recently?

what's the codes you are getting?

if you recently had service done to your car, take it back and have them diagnose.

how are you able to "check" the ecm? do you have the consult software?

marctronixx- I always use 93 octane and get fuel from Shell. The cylinder misfire has been happening for awhile. I picked the truck up over the weekend and it was running horrible. I got a P0300 code and reset it using the Android App Torque Pro on the way home, this was a first for this fault. I am averaging 25-50 misfires on the odd cylinders for a 10 mile drive. Zero misfires on the even cylinders.

didn't mean to disrespect you in any way sir. just asking basic questions to get on the same page.

has the car been in the shop? you say you picked up the car over the weeknd--was it being serviced?

ideas that come to mind:
timing chain?
MAF?
coil packs?
spark plugs?

I had a similar issue after my timing chain replacement. They used RTV sealant as the 'gasket' when putting the manifold on, and when the engine warmed up, an air bubble/leak would manifest itself. That caused misfires and oil to leak out. After they fixed that, it still didn't drive right and a week later they diagnosed that the timing sprocket was a degree off and they had to tear down and redo the whole thing.
